go to next pic...they had escaped from the 30 acres they are currently grazing into the badger wood..

This is how far away I had to walk to open the gate to let them back in to the rest...

Rene is Jacques 5 yr old cousin (same Father, dams are identical sisters)he was backed last year then circumstances meant he was abandoned, so over the next few weeks he will come back into work then be sold. he's nowhere near as big as J, more like 15.2 hh, but has the sweetest nature imaginable.
Fence walking..
As you can see this is the time of year he gets himself fit by fence walking, saves on a horse walker!

I'm fully recovered from those nasty illnesses Ecoli 125 and joint infection.To see how I look now scroll down...
I admit I have a scruffy winter coat but I still think I look pretty damn good considering I almost died so many times...
Diamond, probably going on loan later this spring.
I have to say I'm impressed with Saracen's feed. Look at that shine.(grooming is a rare event here!)
Dartan
Andalucian who has totally changed personality since he reitred here. He used to be a Spanish army mount and was handy with his teeth and heels. Now he licks your face though none of us ever totally trust him when he does that!
Zac
This horse is 17.2 hh and eats a huge amount of food. He has wintered better this year as he's learned to spend most of his time stuffing his face..
